The role emphasizes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding; employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and HR analytics; and close collaboration with department heads to align people practices with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
• Utilize job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels for candidate sourcing.
• Maintain an applicant tracking system and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with department heads for further evaluation.
• Handle offer negotiations, reference checks, and onboarding processes.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
• Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback mechanisms.
• Handle employee grievances and address concerns in compliance with company policies.
• Ensure timely documentation and maintenance of employee records, contracts, and HR policies.
• Assist in attendance tracking, and leave management.
• Conduct training sessions on company policies, compliance, and soft skills.
• Support HR compliance by staying updated on labor laws and industry regulations.
• Contribute to HR reports and analytics for management review.
