Job summary

Essentia Environments is seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Leader to own the complete digital strategy and brand presence across key platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and the website. You will drive paid campaigns for qualified leads and build a full lead funnel through CRM.

You will lead the content, design, social media and digital marketing team, including external agencies, and craft premium visual storytelling aligned with Essentia's luxury positioning.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Digital Marketing with leadership experience.
• Experience in luxury, interiors, architecture, real estate, or lifestyle.
• Strong expertise in Meta, Google, LinkedIn, SEO, analytics and CRM.
• Proven ability to build teams and manage agencies.

Role & responsibilities :

Own overall digital strategy, content and brand presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and website.
Drive SEO, Meta, Google and LinkedIn paid campaigns for qualified lead generation.
Build and manage the complete digital lead funnel from enquiry to conversion through CRM.

Preferred candidate profile :

10+ years in Digital Marketing / Digital Media, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
Experience in luxury, interiors, architecture, real estate, furniture or lifestyle preferred.
Strong expertise in Meta, Google, LinkedIn, SEO, analytics and CRM.
Proven ability to build teams, manage agencies and deliver measurable business results.
Excellent understanding of premium brand communication and visual storytelling.
