Job summary

HeadSpace HR Pvt. Ltd. in Gr Noida is seeking a Brand & Digital Marketing Lead to own and evolve our marketing strategy across channels, from SEO to social media.

You will drive brand storytelling, consumer insights and cross‑functional collaboration with sales and product teams. You will manage external agencies, content, creatives and campaigns including OTT, CTV, influencer programs, PR and GTM strategies to strengthen brand positioning and market growth.

Responsibilities

• Growth in organic reach through SEO, social media and innovative campaigns.
• Lead marketing: brand strategy, consumer research and cross-functional collaboration.
• Oversee social media engagement, content, creatives and influencer programs.
• Coordinate with external agencies for digital, print, TVC and OOH campaigns.
• Develop digital media strategy including OTT, influencer ecosystem and cinemas/OOH.
• Drive GTM, PR, and communication strategies to strengthen brand positioning.

• influencer management, response management, communication strategy and brand positioning etc.
