Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. invites a Head of Corporate Access to lead the strategy for multi-year corporate access initiatives aligned with Equity Research and Sales objectives.

You will build and expand a network of corporates and senior executives, coordinate roadshows, site visits, and investor roundtables, and collaborate with Equity Research and Sales teams to embed corporate access into client engagements and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define the multi-year corporate access roadmap, aligning to firm-wide Equity Research & Sales objectives.
• Identify white-space opportunities-new sectors, geographies, themes-for C-level dialogues and expert panels.
• Pilot digital roadshows, site visits and tailored investor roundtables.
• Cultivate and expand a network of corporates, CFOs/CEOs, industry specialists, dealers & distributors.
• Source and coordinate on-the-ground channel checks, plant tours and expert calls.
• Work hand-in-glove with Equity Research analysts to tailor content, co-author sector primers and synthesize channel-check findings.
• Interface with Sales & Research teams to integrate corporate access offerings into pitchbooks, client meetings and digital platforms.
• Maintain a centralized CRM-backed pipeline of corporate engagements, client attendance, action items and feedback.
