Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Head of Corporate Access in Nagpur, India, to architect the multi-year roadmap and lead high-level engagements with CFOs, CEOs, and industry experts.

You will partner with Equity Research and Sales to embed corporate access in client-focused materials and events. The role requires steering cross-functional teams, piloting investor events, and maintaining a CRM-driven pipeline for engagements and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience defining a multi-year corporate access roadmap.
• Ability to pilot digital roadshows and investor events.
• Ability to maintain a centralized CRM-backed pipeline of engagements and feedback.
• Coordinate with Equity Research and Sales teams to integrate offerings.

Responsibilities

• Define the multi-year corporate access roadmap, aligning to firm-wide Equity Research & Sales objectives.
• Identify white-space opportunities-new sectors, geographies, themes-for C-level dialogues and expert panels.
• Pilot digital roadshows, site visits and tailored investor roundtables.
• Cultivate and expand a network of corporates, CFOs/CEOs, industry specialists, dealers & distributors.
• Source and coordinate on-the-ground channel checks, plant tours and expert calls.
• Work hand-in-glove with Equity Research analysts to tailor content, co-author sector primers and synthesize channel-check findings.
• Interface with Sales & Research teams to integrate corporate access offerings into pitchbooks, client meetings and digital platforms.
• Maintain a centralized CRM-backed pipeline of corporate engagements, client attendance, action items and feedback.
