Job summary

BDO India is seeking an experienced HR Technology professional for end-to-end HCM transformation in Hyderabad. Immediate joiners only, 7+ years of relevant experience, hands-on with Darwinbox or comparable platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.

You will translate HR business needs into technology solutions, drive process redesign, digitalization and API integrations while collaborating with HR and IT stakeholders in a consulting environment.

Job description

• Immediate Joiners only.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in HR Technology / HRIS / HCM transformation.
• Hands-on experience with Darwinbox or comparable HCM platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.
• Strong experience in HR process digitization and workflow automation.
• Experience with HCM/HRIS integrations, APIs and enterprise application integrations.
• Ability to translate HR business requirements into technology solutions.
• Experience working directly with both HR and IT/Technology stakeholders.
• Exposure to AI/GenAI-enabled HR solutions, HR chatbots or intelligent automation.
• Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, UAT and implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and consulting skills.
• Pharma/Life Sciences experience is preferred.
• Candidates must be able to demonstrate hands-on project delivery, not just HRIS support/operations experience..
• Candidates should have strong experience in end-to-end HCM transformation, including process redesign, digitalization, automation and technology implementation.
• Experience in integrating HCM platforms with enterprise applications through APIs and other integration mechanisms is required.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in a consulting environment and managing multiple HR and Technology stakeholders.
