Job summary

BDO India seeks an experienced leader in HR technology to drive end-to-end HCM transformations. You will translate HR requirements into scalable technology solutions and manage multi-stakeholder delivery across HR and IT teams.

You should have hands-on experience with Darwinbox or similar platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and a track record of process digitization, API-driven integrations, and automation in complex global deployments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in HR Technology / HRIS / HCM transformation.
• Hands-on experience with Darwinbox or comparable HCM platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
• Strong experience in HR process digitization and workflow automation.
• Experience with HRIS integrations, APIs and enterprise application integrations.
• Ability to translate HR business requirements into technology solutions.
• Experience with HR and IT/Technology stakeholders.
• Exposure to AI/GenAI-enabled HR solutions, HR chatbots or intelligent automation.
• Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, UAT and implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and consulting skills.
• Pharma/Life Sciences experience preferred.
• Hands-on project delivery, not just HRIS support/operations.
• End-to-end HCM transformation including process redesign, digitalization and automation.
• Integrating HCM platforms with enterprise applications through APIs and other integration mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HCM transformation projects including process redesign and automation.
• Coordinate with HR and IT stakeholders to deliver technology-driven HR solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable HRIS architectures and integrations.
• Drive UAT, implementation, and change management in complex deployments.

• Candidates must be able to demonstrate hands-on project delivery, not just HRIS support/operations experience.
• Candidates should have strong experience in end-to-end HCM transformation, including process redesign, digitalization, automation and technology implementation.
• Experience in integrating HCM platforms with enterprise applications through APIs and other integration mechanisms is required.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in a consulting environment and managing multiple HR and Technology stakeholders.
