We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources, Administration, and basic Finance-related activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle management, recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee records, and engagement activities, while also assisting with routine administrative and finance-related processes.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation.
- Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Support employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and provide inputs for monthly payroll processing.
- Handle employee queries and support employee relations and grievance resolution.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, internal communications, and HR initiatives.
- Support performance appraisal, probation confirmation, and other HR processes.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Manage employee exit formalities, clearance, exit interviews, and related documentation.
Finance Support
- Assist with invoice processing, expense tracking, reimbursements, and petty cash activities.
- Coordinate with Finance/Accounts teams for routine payroll and expense-related requirements.
- Maintain basic financial records, supporting documents, and spreadsheets.
- Assist with payment follow-ups, expense verification, and routine financial documentation.
- Support basic reconciliation and audit-related documentation when required.
Administration
- Manage day-to-day office administration and facilities to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and other administrative requirements.
- Maintain office inventory, assets, and supplies.
- Handle official correspondence, calls, emails, and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, events, travel arrangements, and other office activities.
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems.
- Support cost-effective utilization of office resources.
Required Skills
- 13 years of experience in HR operations, administration, or a similar role.
- Good understanding of HR practices and employee lifecycle processes.
- Basic knowledge of finance processes such as expenses, invoices, reimbursements, and payroll inputs.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with HRMS/HRIS and ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience in a small to mid-sized organization is an advantage.
- Exposure to HR, Administration, and basic Finance coordination is preferred.
