Job summary

Unnati Anam Consultancy in Mumbai is hiring a Gym Operations Executive for LEL Fitness. You will manage day-to-day front-desk and gym operations, coordinate trainers and schedules, and handle member inquiries to support package sales.

The role requires 1+ years in front desk, operations, hospitality or related fields, with strong communication and a proactive mindset. You will work onsite Monday to Saturday and contribute to a welcoming gym environment.

Role Overview: We’re looking for a proactive and people-oriented Gym Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of the gym. From coordinating trainers and schedules to handling member inquiries and supporting package sales, you’ll be the go-to person keeping the gym running smoothly

• Comfortable with basic sales/conversion and recommending relevant packages to potential members.
• Growth mindset with the willingness to learn, take on more responsibility and grow with the gym.
