Job summary

Qualifications

Role Description

The Guest Service Associate F&B is a full-time, on-site role based at Sarovar Portico Saharanpur Managed byBluSalzz Hotels & Resorts. This role is responsible for welcoming guests in food and beverage outlets, guiding them to their tables, presenting menus, and providing detailed information on offerings. Daily tasks include taking orders accurately, coordinating with the kitchen and bar, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that service standards and hygiene protocols are consistently followed. The Guest Service Associate F&B also handles guest inquiries, manages basic reservations in the F&B areas, addresses service issues promptly, and supports billing and payment processes with accuracy. The role involves working closely with team members to maintain a pleasant atmosphere and deliver a positive and seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Guest Services and Guest Service skills, with a focus on creating welcoming and memorable experiences.
• Customer Service expertise, including handling inquiries, requests, and guest concerns with professionalism.
• Experience with Reservations or table bookings in F&B or hospitality environments.
