You will assist in the smooth operation of the F&B outlets, maintaining cleanliness, and providing knowledgeable assistance to guests regarding menu items and services.

1. 1. Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival at the F&B outlets.

4. 4. Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system promptly.
5. 5. Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
6. 6. Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly and courteously to any complaints or concerns.
7. 7. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining areas, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations.
8. 8. Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas before and after service.
9. 9. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, events, and special offers within the F&B outlets.
10. 10. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, following established procedures.

Qualifications
