Job summary

Joyalukkas invites a proactive Guest Relation In-charge to lead customer experience across the showroom. You will welcome shoppers, address feedback, resolve escalated issues, and guide floor teams to deliver attentive hospitality that makes every visit memorable.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will monitor staff, analyse visit frequency and satisfaction, and communicate product offers to drive sales while upholding store policies.

Qualifications

• MBA orPost Graduation in Hospitality/Marketing/Retail Management.
• 1–5 years in customer-facing role; freshers considered.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers, offering assistance and recommendations.
• Monitor sales staff to ensure customer needs are met and refreshments offered when appropriate.
• Resolve customer issues with empathy, fairness and speed, adhering to store policies.
• Lead and support the store team to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
• Analyze customer visit frequency, purchase trends, and satisfaction scores from CRM data.
• Inform customers about new products, offers, and promotions to drive sales.
• Provide feedback and reports on customer preferences and trends to management.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or hospitality.
