Pratish Enterprise in Mumbai Suburban is seeking a Guest Relations Associate to welcome guests and ensure a pleasant dining experience.

You will handle reservations, inquiries, and special requests, coordinating with managers and staff to deliver smooth service.

The role requires excellent communication, a customer-centric approach, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays in a busy restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Hospitality, Hotel Management or a related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in guest relations, customer service, or restaurant operations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Pleasant personality, professional grooming, and flexibility to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
