Qualifications

• Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality.
• 1–3 years of experience in Guest Relations, F&B Service, Hostess.
• Excellent spoken English and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally.
• Handle guest seating, table allocation, and reservations efficiently.
• Maintain strong guest relationships and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist guests with menu information, recommendations, and special requests.
• Coordinate with the F&B Service, Kitchen, and other departments for smooth service.
• Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and elevate issues when required.
• Maintain awareness of VIP guests, regular guests, special occasions, and preferences.
• Conduct regular table visits to ensure guest satisfaction during their dining experience.
• Support the team in maintaining high standards of service, grooming, hygiene, and hospitality.
• Assist in coordinating special events, celebrations, and guest requests.
• Maintain professional communication and positive guest interactions at all times.
• Collect and communicate guest feedback to the concerned department.
• Ensure all guest-related information is handled with confidentiality and professionalism.
