Job summary

goSTOPS Hospitality is seeking a proactive Front Office Executive to join our rapidly growing team. You will handle front desk operations, organize records, assist in service of food and beverage, and support inventory management across our hostel network.

The role requires 1.5 years of front office experience, a hospitality management degree is preferred, and willingness to travel across India to support venues. This is a hands-on role in a dynamic hostel brand with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1.5 year of experience in front office operations.
• Preferably having a Hospitality management degree.
• Should be comfortable to travel all over India.

Responsibilities

• Answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate departments.
• Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary.
• Create and maintain updated documents and spreadsheets.
• Organize bookkeeping and issue invoices/checks.
• Perform inventory checks as and when needed.
• Assist in service of food and beverage.
• Responsible for the property in the absence of the property manager.
• Ordering of monthly supplies.
