Job summary

goSTOPS Hospitality is looking for a proactive front office associate to manage guest reception, messages, and records across its hostel network. The role involves coordinating with departments and maintaining documentation for smooth operations.

The candidate should have at least 1.5 years in front office operations, a hospitality management degree is preferred, and a willingness to travel across India to support multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate departments when necessary.
• Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary.
• Create and maintain updated documents and spreadsheets.
• Organize bookkeeping and issue invoices/checks.
• Perform inventory checks as and when needed.
• Assist in service of food and beverages.
• Responsible for the property in the absence of the property manager.
• Ordering of monthly supplies.
