Job summary

Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach, Accor's beachfront property in Mumbai, invites a guest-oriented professional to join our Front Office team. Welcome guests, assist with check-in and check-out, respond to inquiries, and resolve concerns to ensure a warm, seamless arrival experience.

You will coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, maintenance and other departments to fulfill requests, maintain guest records, and promote hotel facilities, ensuring VIP guests receive special attention while upholding safety

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, services, room categories, promotions, and local attractions.
• Assist VIP guests and ensure special requests are fulfilled.
• Monitor guest feedback and encourage positive guest experiences.
• Maintain accurate guest records and update guest preferences in the hotel management system.
• Ensure the lobby and guest areas are clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Promote hotel services, restaurants, spa, and other facilities to enhance the guest experience.
• Follow hotel policies, safety standards, and service procedures.
