The Manager of Performance Marketing & Revenue Operations will own the end-to-end digital
revenue engine across paid media, analytics, experimentation, and funnel optimization.
This is a business leadership role reporting directly to the CEO, responsible for:
Key Responsibilities
- Driving revenue growth, ROAS, and contribution margin
- Building data-driven experimentation culture
- Managing budgets, teams, and agency partnerships
1. Revenue & Growth Ownership
- Own paid revenue targets, ROAS, CAC, and contribution margin across all digital channels.
- Translate business goals into quarterly and annual growth roadmaps.
- Drive predictable, scalable, and profitable customer acquisition globally.
2. Performance Marketing Strategy
- Define and execute full-funnel paid strategy across Google, Meta, YouTube, Display, Shopping, and emerging platforms.
- Lead audience segmentation, keyword strategy, creative testing, and bid optimization.
- Continuously evolve channel mix, attribution models, and budget allocation to maximize ROI.
- Establish a rigorous A/B testing and experimentation framework across ads, landing pages, and checkout funnels.
- Build performance dashboards, cohort analysis, and predictive insights for leadership visibility.
- Improve conversion rate, LTV, and retention through data-backed initiatives.
4. Budget & P&L Management
- Own multi-crore monthly marketing budget with strict ROI governance.
- Optimize spend efficiency, scaling strategy, and marginal ROAS.
- Present revenue forecasts and performance reviews to leadership.
5. Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Hire, mentor, and scale a high-performing performance marketing team.
- Manage agencies, vendors, and technology partners.
- Foster a culture of accountability, experimentation, and continuous learning.
6. Cross-Functional Business Impact
- Partner with Product, Tech, Analytics, Creative, and Sales to improve the full customer
- Influence pricing, merchandising, and retention strategy using marketing insights.
- Support international expansion and new market entry.
