We're looking for a Growth/Performance Marketing Manager to own the growth function end-to‑end - someone who can set strategy, run execution personally where needed, manage vendors/freelancers/junior team members, and be fully accountable for hitting company-level growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the growth strategy and roadmap across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels
- Set, track, and be directly accountable for core KPIs: CAC, ROAS, MRR/ARR contribution, conversion rate, lead‑to‑signup rate, and LTV
- Plan and manage marketing budgets across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other channels - decide allocation based on performance data
- Build and oversee the full‑funnel growth engine - landing pages, ad creatives, retargeting, email/WhatsApp nurture sequences
- Design and run a structured testing roadmap (creatives, audiences, offers, landing pages) and turn learnings into scalable playbooks
- Manage tracking infrastructure (GA4, Meta Pixel, CRM attribution, UTM governance) to ensure data integrity across the funnel
- Present growth performance, insights, and forward plans directly to founders/leadership on a recurring basis
- Manage relationships with Internal departments and any external agencies, freelancers, or junior marketers supporting growth execution
- Identify and pilot new growth channels (SEO, affiliate, partnerships, community‑led growth) beyond paid acquisition
- Set monthly/quarterly targets for the growth function and course‑correct proactively when off‑track
Requirements
- 4-5 years of performance/growth marketing experience, ideally with SaaS or B2B products
- Track record of owning and hitting measurable growth/revenue targets, not just managing ad spend
- Strong hands‑on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and CRM/marketing automation tools
- Solid grip on funnel economics - CAC, LTV, payback period, cohort analysis
- Experience managing budgets independently and making channel‑allocation calls
- Some experience managing or mentoring junior marketers/freelancers is a plus
- Excellent communication and reporting skills - comfortable presenting to founders
- Ownership mindset - operates like a co‑owner of the growth number, not just a task executor
