Job summary

Kaabil is seeking a capable restaurant operations manager to lead a multi-vertical venture including Dine In, Delivery, Pop-Up, Catering, Events and Cloud Kitchen. You will oversee inventory, procurement, and HR responsibilities for a 30+ seat establishment.

You must be proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets, fluent in English and Hindi, and capable of coordinating vendors, maintaining kitchen SOPs, and delivering accurate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a restaurant with more than 30 seats.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets for data reporting.
• Strong English and Hindi communication skills.
• Experience in inventory, procurement, and HR/attendance/payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory including packaging material, raw materials, equipment and appliances.
• Oversee HR activities: attendance, payroll, hiring, separation, and other staff management.
• Prepare and maintain data and MIS reports daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Handle procurement with vendor management and basic expense accounting.
• Ensure kitchen SOPs with daily checks, line reporting and quality checks.

• Inventory Management - Packaging, Raw Material, Equipment and appliances, Kitchen
• Human Resource Management- Attendance, Payroll, Hiring, Separation, Inbetween Management, Accommodation, Performance evaluation
• Data & MIS Management - Reporting and maintaining daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, Yearly, Income Reporting
• Procurement - Vendor Management, Bill Keeping, Basic Accounting of expenses,
• Kitchen SOP’s - Daily Checks on Kitchen, Line reporting, Quality Checks,
• Minimum experience of 1 year of handling a restaurant of more than 30 seats
• Command of Computing numbers using tools like Ms Excel, Google Sheets are a must.
• Should be able to communicate well in English and Hindi
