As a Customer Relation Executive (CRE) at PMJ Jewels, you will be the face of our brand responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store customer experience. This role requires a warm personality, a strong sense of hospitality, and an eye for detail. You will assist customers in selecting jewellery, make them feel comfortable, and help them try on pieces while offering styling suggestions. You will also be responsible for engaging in cross‑selling and promoting company schemes with enthusiasm and confidence.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers in a courteous, professional, and friendly manner.
• Understand and anticipate customer needs, ensuring a delightful and personalized shopping experience.
• Assist customers in trying on jewellery and offer genuine suggestions based on their preferences and style.
• Ensure high standards of store hospitality and ambience are maintained at all times.
• Educate customers about various schemes and benefits (e.g., gold saving schemes, loyalty programs, etc.) and encourage enrolments.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and preferences for future engagement and relationship building.
• Ensure showroom hygiene, display standards, and product handling protocols are followed.
• Coordinate with sales and inventory teams for any customer requirements.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, or concerns with patience and professionalism, ensuring prompt resolution.
