Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales

• Welcome customers warmly and provide personalized assistance throughout the purchase journey.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
• Explain product details including design, purity, weight, pricing, gemstone specifications, and offers.
• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
• Promote cross-selling and upselling opportunities across jewellery categories.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Product Knowledge & Presentation

• Maintain strong knowledge of gold, diamond, silver, platinum, gemstone, and bridal jewellery collections.
• Stay updated on current jewellery trends, collections, and pricing policies.
• Ensure products are displayed attractively as per showroom standards.
• Assist customers in comparing designs and making purchase decisions.

Billing & Transaction Support

• Coordinate billing and payment processes accurately.
• Support customers with exchange, buyback, and order booking procedures.
• Ensure proper handling of customer orders, advance bookings, and delivery commitments.
• Follow company policies related to sales documentation and customer records.

Customer Relationship Management

• Capture customer information accurately for CRM and loyalty programs.
• Follow up with customers regarding pending orders, offers, and festive promotions.
• Support customer retention and engagement initiatives.
• Handle customer queries and escalate complaints when necessary.

Showroom Operations Support

• Assist in stock arrangement, inventory checks, tagging, and product handling.
• Ensure showroom cleanliness, display standards, and visual presentation are maintained.
• Support stock audits and inventory management activities.
• Follow showroom opening and closing procedures.

Compliance & Security

• Adhere to company policies related to jewellery handling and showroom security.
• Ensure proper handling of high-value jewellery items.
