Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales

• Welcome and assist customers entering the showroom.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewelry products.
• Explain product features, pricing, offers, and schemes clearly to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Build long-term customer relationships and maintain customer database/follow-ups.

Sales Targets & Business Development

• Achieve individual and store sales targets assigned by management.
• Promote ongoing offers, schemes, and new jewelry collections.
• Support upselling and cross-selling of products.
• Generate referrals and customer leads.

Product Handling & Display

• Handle jewelry products carefully and responsibly.

Billing & Documentation Support

• Assist customers during billing and purchase formalities.

Store Discipline & Operations

• Maintain grooming and professional appearance standards.
• Follow company policies, attendance rules, and showroom discipline.
