SEW-EURODRIVE India Private Limited is seeking a Graduate Engineer Trainee to join the Technical Sales team in Vadodara. You will handle incoming sales inquiries and support customers with reliable solutions, while building relationships and learning our product offerings.

Ideal candidates are fresh graduates from the 2026 batch in Electrical disciplines, with strong communication skills and a passion for technical sales.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
• BE/B.Tech graduates from the 2026 batch, specializing in Electrical (EE), Electrical & Electronics (EEE), Mechatronics Engineering.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong passion for technical sales.

Responsibilities

• Build the SEW brand and value proposition in the market.
• Achieve sales targets to OEM/EU customers assigned.
• Generate weekly customer visit report and submit to respective Branch Manager.
• Submit weekly customer visit plan to respective Branch Manager.
• Provide service and application support to customers assigned.
• Collect receivables and statutory forms.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
• Forecast and report expected orders.
• Submit travel and other claims in a timely manner.
• Update customer details in the internal database system.
• Maintain documents and records per QMS procedures.
