The role involves interacting with couples/women seeking fertility services, understanding their needs, and guiding them through available treatments, appointments, and services offered by GarbhaGudi Fertility. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from prospective and existing couples/women, addressing queries related to fertility services.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with leads, existing couples/women, and appointment confirmations.
• Assist couples/women in booking appointments and coordinating with respective branches.
• Provide accurate & complete information about services, treatments, doctors, and ongoing offers.
• Guide couples/women regarding branch locations, timings, and available facilities.
• Maintain proper records of interactions in CRM or internal systems.
• Ensure a high level of couple satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth patient experience and follow-ups.

Eligibility Criteria
