Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from prospective and existing couples/women.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with leads.
• Assist couples/women in booking appointments.
• Provide information about services and treatments.
• Guide couples/women regarding branch locations and timings.
• Maintain records of interactions in CRM systems.
• Ensure a high level of couple satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth patient experience.

• Handle inbound calls from prospective and existing couples/women, addressing queries related to fertility services.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with leads, existing couples/women, and appointment confirmations.
• Assist couples/women in booking appointments and coordinating with respective branches.
• Provide accurate and complete information about services, treatments, doctors, and ongoing offers.
• Guide couples/women regarding branch locations, timings, and available facilities.
• Maintain proper records of interactions in CRM or internal systems.
• Ensure a high level of couple satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth patient experience and follow-ups.

Eligibility Criteria
