Responsibilities include product sizing, pricing, scheduling meetings with clients, and preparing monthly supply records for management review. Fresh graduates with mechanical engineering background are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in mechanical engineering.

Responsibilities

• Review, interpret, and process customer inquiries; register them in the ERP.
• Collaborate with internal departments to gather information for accurate quotations.
• Size, select and price products per customer requirements.
• Arrange meetings with clients for pre-order technical discussions.
• Create monthly product supply record.
• Present monthly product supply record to Management.
• Present Enquiry Register for management analysis.
• Communicate enquiry details to Sales coordinator.
• Correlate enquiry work with purchase orders received.

Job description

• Arrange meeting with client for pre order technical discussion.
• Create monthly product supply record.
• Present the monthly product supply record to Management on monthly basis.
• For Analysis purpose present the Enquiry Register to the management.
• Ensure all the details received at the enquiry stage is communicated with the Sales coordinator.
• Corelate the enquiry stage work with the Po received

Job/Knowledge Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor in mechanical engineering.
• Fresher
• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
