Thomas And Brian Mfg in Mumbai location is seeking a fresh mechanical engineer for sales support duties. The role involves reviewing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, sizing and pricing products, and ensuring orders align with quotations in the ERP system.

You will liaise with internal teams and coordinate with the Sales coordinator. The candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office and fluent in English/Hindi, with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in mechanical engineering.
• Fresher
• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)

Responsabilités

• Review, interpret, and process customer inquiries and register them in the ERP system.
• Collaborate with internal departments to gather information required for accurate quotations.
• Sizing, selection and pricing of products according to customer requirements.
• Validate sales orders against quotations in ERP system.
• Arrange meetings with clients for pre-order technical discussions.
• Create monthly product supply records and present to Management.
• Present the Enquiry Register to management for analysis.
• Communicate enquiry details with the Sales coordinator.
• Correlate enquiry stage work with the Purchase Order received.

Job Duties

• Review, interpret, and process customer inquiries and register them in the ERP system.
• Collaborate with internal departments to gather information required for accurate quotations.
• Sizing, selection and pricing of products according to customer requirements.
• Validate sales orders against quotations in our ERP system.
• Arrange meeting with client for pre order technical discussion.
• Create monthly product supply record.
• Present the monthly product supply record to Management on monthly basis.
• For Analysis purpose present the Enquiry Register to the management.
• Ensure all the details received at the enquiry stage is communicated with the Sales coordinator.
• Corelate the enquiry stage work with the Po received
