Job summary

Izmo in Bengaluru, India seeks a Customer Success Representative (German language - C1/C2) to be the main contact for Germany-based website clients. You will resolve queries, coordinate with internal teams for digital campaigns and website updates, and drive customer satisfaction.

Key requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and fluent German (C1/C2) with strong English, plus knowledge of SEO/digital marketing is a plus.

Role Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Success Representative (German Language - C1/C2 Level) to support our Germany-based website clients. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring seamless day-to-day support while coordinating with internal teams to deliver successful digital campaigns and website updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to website clients by resolving queries, coordinating issue resolution, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Proactively engage with customers as per the monthly engagement plan to finalize website banners, promotional campaigns, content updates, and other digital initiatives.
• Coordinate with the internal delivery, design, and technical teams to ensure timely development and deployment of digital assets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
• Monitor ongoing activities to ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, requests, and project updates.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification.
• Fluent in German C1/C2 (written and spoken) with strong communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of SEO, Digital Marketing, or Website Management will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with the capability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously.
