Job summary

izmo ltd is seeking a Customer Success Representative (Spanish Language) for our Bengaluru office. You will be the primary contact for Spanish-speaking website clients, resolving queries and coordinating with internal teams to deliver digital campaigns and website updates.

Ideal candidates have 2 to 5 years of experience, fluency in Spanish and English, and strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) with strong English communication.
• Knowledge of SEO, Digital Marketing, or Website Management will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to website clients by resolving queries and coordinating issue resolution.
• Proactively engage with customers to finalize website banners, campaigns, content updates, and other digital initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal delivery, design, and technical teams to ensure timely development and deployment of digital assets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.

Role Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Success Representative (Spanish Language) to support our Spanish-based website clients. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring seamless day-to-day support while coordinating with internal teams to deliver successful digital campaigns and website updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to website clients by resolving queries, coordinating issue resolution, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Proactively engage with customers as per the monthly engagement plan to finalize website banners, promotional campaigns, content updates, and other digital initiatives.
• Coordinate with the internal delivery, design, and technical teams to ensure timely development and deployment of digital assets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
• Monitor ongoing activities to ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.

Qualifications & Experience
