Job summary

Gratitude India is hiring an experienced German Language Processor Lead to spearhead HR Operations and end-to-end Hire-to-Retire (H2R) processes for global clients based in Bangalore.

The role requires 8 to 10 years of HR Operations experience, German at B2/C1 level, and mandatory H2R exposure. You will lead a team, collaborate with global stakeholders, and drive Day-to-Day HR Shared Services excellence using Workday/SuccessFactors/ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years HR Operations/HRO experience.
