Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a German Language Processor Lead (HRO + German) in Bengaluru to lead Hire‑to‑Retire processes, onboarding, data management, benefits, payroll coordination, and offboarding. You will act as escalation point for complex HR operations and ensure data accuracy through quality audits.

The role requires German fluency (B1/B2 or higher), strong English, and hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, SAP HCM, or Oracle HCM.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German (B1/B2 or higher) and strong command of English.
• Experience with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, SAP HCM, Oracle HCM, etc.
• Strong documentation, analytical, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level knowledge on Hire‑to‑Retire processes, including onboarding, employee data management, benefits, payroll coordination, and offboarding.
• Serve as the key escalation point for complex HR operational issues requiring deep process understanding.
• Conduct quality audits on transactions to ensure compliance with process standards and data accuracy.
• Update and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.
• Communicate with German‑speaking stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and provide high-quality support.
• Coordinate with delivery teams, HR partners, and cross‑functional groups to ensure smooth case handling.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights on performance, quality, and exceptions.
• Provide on‑the‑job training, refresher sessions, and process updates to new joiners and delivery teams.
• Support capability building through knowledge assessments, skill evaluations, and best practice sharing.
• Help bridge knowledge gaps and maintain learning materials for the HRO process.
• Identify process gaps, improvement opportunities, and inefficiencies across delivery workflows.
• Collaborate with transformation teams to support pilots, UATs, and new process rollouts
