Job summary

Navayuga Consultancy seeks a German Language Expert based in Bangalore to lead end-to-end HR delivery with global stakeholders. The role requires strong German language skills (B2.2 or higher) and extensive experience in HRO/H2R processes across multi-location teams.

The candidate will coordinate Talent Acquisition, Core HR Administration, Payroll, and Employee Lifecycle services while ensuring high-quality stakeholder engagement in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• 16-20 years of progressive experience in German language roles.
• Experience in German language is required or acceptable.
• Experience in Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO), HR Shared Services, or Global Business Services environments with delivery leadership.
• End-to-end Hire-to-Retire (H2R) processes including Talent Acquisition, Core HR, Learning & Development, Payroll, and Employee Lifecycle Services.

Responsibilities

• German language proficiency at B2.2 level or above, with the ability to engage with native German-speaking stakeholders across verbal and written channels.
• Strong business communication, executive presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Lead multi-location, multicultural teams and deliver operational excellence across global customer engagements.

• Proven expertise in managing end-to-end Hire-to-Retire (H2R) processes, including Talent Acquisition, Core HR Administration, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Payroll, Compensation, and Employee Lifecycle Services.
• Strong track record of leading multi-location, multicultural teams and delivering operational excellence across global customer engagements.

Language & Communication

• German language proficiency at B2.2 level or above is mandatory, with the ability to effectively engage with native German- speaking stakeholders across verbal and written communication channels.
• Excellent business communication, executive presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
