Gratitude India is seeking an HR Operations specialist to manage end-to-end H2R processes and Tier-1 HR support. You will handle German queries, onboarding, and offboarding, while supporting L&D, payroll, and benefits globally.

The role requires German B2/C1+ fluency and 1–6 years of HR experience, with proficiency in Workday, ServiceNow, and HR helpdesk platforms.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 1–6 years of HR Operations/HRO experience.
• Fluency in German (B2/C1+) required.
• Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, HR helpdesks, L&D, payroll, and benefits.
• Strong data quality and stakeholder management.
