Job summary

Abhitech Energycon in Hyderabad is seeking a General Manager Sales & Marketing with 12-18 years of experience to drive growth and lead the sales function across the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate will have a Mechanical Engineering background with marketing postgraduate, strong technical product knowledge, and a proven ability to close deals while coordinating with government/PSU clients. Extensive travel is required.

Qualifications

• Mechanical engineer with postgraduate specialization in Marketing preferred.
• 12 to 18 years of experience in industrial sales.
• Experience in process-based industries (Thermal Power Plants, Steel).
• Must liaise with Government/PSU clients and build relationships.
• Strong technical knowledge of products.

We are looking for an experienced General Manager Sales & Marketing to lead sales initiatives, drive business growth, and build strong customer relationships across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the complete sales cycle prospecting, presentations, sales attainment & collections
• Lead and manage a sales team
• Identify and develop prospective customers
• Own and exceed annual sales targets
