Job summary

Anand Road Lines in Delhi seeks an experienced supply chain leader to drive end-to-end operations across logistics, transportation, and vendor networks. The role emphasizes strategic planning, cost optimization, and delivering on-time performance.

You will lead a high-performing team, leverage data analytics for decision making, and partner with stakeholders to enhance service levels and profitability.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Transportation with at least 7 years in a leadership role.
• Graduate degree in any discipline, preferably post graduate / MBA.
• Proficiency in ERP system, data analytics & team building.
• Strong leadership skills, negotiation, online bidding, communication, crisis management, and problem-solving with out of the box thinking.

Responsibilities

• Develop & implement Operational strategies to align with company goals, i.e. delivery timelines, demand fulfillment, cost reduction & increasing profitability.
• Identify inefficiency in system & implement improvement to streamline workflow.
• Monitor operational processes: Vendor management, Vehicle deployment, pod collection, Meeting timely customer indents, On time delivery, prompt in handling & resolving in transit issues & mitigating risk.
• Operate within budgets, analyze financial data to reduce cost & optimize vendor network & operations efficiency.
• Self-starter & lead by example, project management skills.
• Negotiate contracts, rates with vehicle suppliers, freight vendors & transporters to secure favourable terms & ensure consistent service level without a miss on deliverables.
• Analyse & utilize data driven to generate reports, monitor KPI & drive continuous improvement.
