Job summary

Fairgrowth Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a GM HR (Real Estate) to lead end-to-end HR functions for large-scale projects. The role covers manpower planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and statutory compliance across multiple locations.

You will drive talent management, learning and MIS reporting, while ensuring exceptional stakeholder engagement and seamless HR operations in a real estate/construction environment.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience in Real Estate/Construction
• End-to-end HR processes experience
• Experience with statutory compliances under Labour laws
• Projects experience of Rs.1000 to Rs.2000 Crs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Job Purpose:

Lead and drive complete End to End Hire to Retire processes covering - Manpower planning & AOP, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance management, Learning and developments, HR MIS & Management reviews, Statutory Compliance.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

Full Time MBA / MSW

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• Should have a minimum of 12-15 years of experience in Real Estate / Construction Business
• Should have handled end to end HR processes
• Should have experience in handling Statutory Compliances under all the applicable Labour laws
• Should have worked in the projects of large size to the tune of Rs.1000 to Rs.2000 Crs
• Should be mobile and should possess excellent communication skills
• Should have excellent Presentation and stake holder management
• Should be proficient in HRIS Tolls
• Should be excellent in handling large work force at multi locations
