Job summary

Fact Personnel is seeking an experienced HR leader to manage end-to-end Core HR across multiple entities. Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement and relations, and policy development.

Ideal candidate has 12+ years in Core HR and Administration, proven ability to head HR function, strong in compliance, compensation, benefits, L&D, and stakeholder management; industry experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Infrastructure is preferred.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in Core HR and Administration.
• Experience in independently heading or managing the HR function.
• Strong exposure to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, statutory compliance, and L&D.
• Candidates from Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, or similar industries will be preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and people-management skills.
