Saya Homes in Greater Noida West is seeking an accomplished General Manager - HR to lead the HR function across projects. This role requires shaping HR strategy, overseeing talent acquisition for project and corporate teams, and driving engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives.

The ideal candidate has an MBA/PGDM in HR, 15-20 years of HR leadership experience in real estate, deep knowledge of labour laws, and a track record of building high-performing HR teams.
