We are seeking an experienced General Manager – Commercial to lead all commercial and contractual functions for our North India developments. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer – Construction, the successful candidate will be responsible for commercial strategy, contract management, procurement support, quantity surveying, cost governance and commercial risk across the project lifecycle. This role will lead the Contracts and Commercial teams, oversee tendering and contract administration, and progressively establish a fully integrated commercial function to support the continued growth of the business in the region.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience managing the commercial delivery of large-scale residential or mixed-use developments, with a strong background in contracts, procurement, cost management and commercial leadership. They will be a strategic leader with the capability to build high-performing teams, develop robust commercial systems and processes, and provide trusted commercial advice to senior management while protecting the company’s contractual and financial interests.
