Responsibilities

• Lead commercial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management for data center projects.
• Manage project cash flow, client billing, subcontractor payments, and financial reporting.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate commercial risks while maximizing project opportunities.
• Lead contract administration, variation management, claims, and dispute avoidance.
• Conduct commercial negotiations with clients, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Oversee procurement strategies and subcontract management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and monitor project budgets, cost-to-complete reports, and monthly cost reports.
• Review and approve commercial documentation, contractual notices, and project financial controls.
• Collaborate closely with Project Directors, Construction Teams, Planning Teams, and Finance functions.
