We are seeking a dynamic and experienced construction leader to oversee end-to-end execution of large-scale residential projects. This role will be responsible for driving project delivery, quality, timelines, and operational excellence across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead execution of residential construction projects from planning to handover
• Oversee multiple project sites, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery
• Drive project scheduling, resource planning, and cost optimization
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and safety standards
• Monitor budgets, project progress, and risk mitigation strategies
• Implement best construction practices and process improvements
• Lead, mentor, and manage site and project teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)
• 15+ years of experience in residential construction projects
