Qualifications

• 12-18 years of experience in contracts for real estate/high-rise construction.
• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering is required.
• Lead end-to-end contract management, tendering, and commercial negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end contract management for real estate development and high-rise construction projects.
• Review and negotiate contracts, work orders, purchase orders, and subcontract agreements.

• Lead end-to-end contract management for real estate development and high-rise construction projects.
• Manage tendering, bid evaluation, rate analysis, BOQs, and Formation/Prepration of contract documents.
• Review and negotiate contracts, work orders, purchase orders, and subcontract agreements.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms, project specifications, timelines, and company policies.
• Manage contractor claims, variations, extra items, rate revisions, and change orders.
• Handle contractual disputes, delay claims, extensions of time (EOT).
