Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AGM/DGM/General Manager Contracts & Procurement to lead end-to-end contracts, procurement and commercial activities for large-scale real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic procurement and contracting for real estate projects.
• Manage end-to-end tendering, contractor/vendor selection, negotiations and contract awards.
• Develop and maintain a strong contractor/vendor network across Civil, MEP, Finishing, Faade, Interiors and other packages.
• Drive cost optimization, rate negotiations and value engineering.
• Manage contract administration, variations, claims, EOT, LDs and dispute resolution.
• Ensure procurement is aligned with project budgets, timelines and quality requirements.
• Monitor contractor performance and commercial commitments.
• Coordinate with Projects, Finance, Legal, Design and Senior Management.
• Lead, mentor and develop the Contracts & Procurement team.
• Prepare MIS and provide strategic commercial inputs to management.

Candidate Profile

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering; MBA/PG in Contracts/Procurement preferred.
• 15-18 Years of relevant experience in reputed Real Estate/Construction/EPC companies.
• Strong exposure to large residential, commercial, mixed-use or township projects.
• Excellent negotiation, commercial, analytical and leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, tendering, procurement and claims management
