Job summary
Anisha Global Services in Gurgaon is recruiting for Process - Technical Support for an international BPO. Immediate joiner and bulk hiring for freshers or experienced candidates are invited.
Role covers hardware and OS troubleshooting via chat/voice, with US shift timing from 5pm to 10am and cab facility provided for night shifts. Location is Gurgaon WFO as a night-shift tech support position, suitable for graduates and those with 1+ year experience in related hardware/OS issues.
Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in hardware and OS issue resolution.
- Experience in international chat/voice support for technical troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of LAN configuration and connectivity problems.
- Ready to work night shifts with cab facility.
- Freshers may apply with relevant aptitude and 3.4 lpa offer.
Responsibilities
- Handle international chat/voice support for technical troubleshooting.
- Assist customers with hardware and OS related issues on chat.
- Provide problem-solving guidance and maintain customer satisfaction.
