Job summary

Information Technology is seeking a ServiceNow CMDB Technical Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience to design, implement, and optimize CMDB solutions in our Bangalore/Chennai operations.

The role focuses on CMDB models, Discovery, Service Mapping, migrations, and data ingestion, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and governance across IT infrastructure.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data quality and support integrations, following ServiceNow best practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on experience in ServiceNow CMDB implementation and development.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB architecture, data models, CI classes, and relationships.
• Experience with Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Experience with CMDB migrations and data transformation.
• Experience developing data ingestion and integration processes.
• Understanding of CI identification, reconciliation, and data quality.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow scripting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow CMDB solutions and data models.

• Work with infrastructure, application, and technical teams to improve CMDB data quality.
• Support integrations and automated processes for maintaining accurate CI information.
