Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced HCM consultant with 7-12 years of domain expertise to advise clients on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM or SAP SuccessFactors implementations.

You will collaborate with clients to understand business requirements, design solutions, and develop functional specifications for new projects, while participating in testing and post-implementation support across key HCM modules.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of HCM experience with expertise in at least two modules.
• Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.Tech / BE) is required.
• Strong understanding of Oracle HCM or SAP HCM products.

• Provide expert-level knowledge on HCM modules such as Absence Management, Benefits Administration, Compensation Management, Core HR, Time & Labor, and Workforce Analytics.

• Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide post-implementation support.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level knowledge on HCM modules such as Absence Management, Benefits Administration, Compensation Management, Core HR, Time & Labor, and Workforce Analytics.
  
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design solutions using Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM or SAP SuccessFactors.
  
• Develop functional specifications for new projects and participate in testing activities to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
  
• Conduct training sessions for end-users on implemented solutions and provide post-implementation support.
  
• Participate in project meetings to discuss progress updates and resolve any issues that may arise during implementation.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 7-12 years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) module with expertise in at least two of the following areas: Absence Management, Benefits Administration, Compensation Management, Core HR, Time & Labor or Workforce Analytics.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.).
  
• Strong understanding of Oracle HCM or SAP HCM products; experience working with one of these platforms preferred.
