Job summary

eClerx is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Security Specialist for a leadership role in Mumbai. You will act as a product SME for HCM Cloud security, manage role-based access controls, and ensure secure access to sensitive HR data across enterprise projects.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, drive RBAC implementations, and contribute to enterprise-wide Fusion HCM initiatives while upholding coding standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Must have 2-3 Oracle Fusion HCM implementations or support with module-leading hands-on in any two modules.
• Experience implementing and supporting India/global customers.
• Strong troubleshooting in Core HR, Recruiting, Learn, etc.
• Set up Business Group, Organizations, Departments, Divisions, Operating Units.

Responsibilities

• Act as product SME for Oracle HCM Cloud Security and RBAC.
• Coordinate with development, functional, business leads, information security & risk teams on Fusion HCM security.
• Lead associates and work under minimal supervision on enterprise projects.

• Overall work experience of 5-8 years
• Designation – Vendor
• Must have experience in Fusion HCM Modules: Core HR, Learn, Talent, Compensation, Absence, OTL, Recruitment and Payroll
• Strong experience with Fusion Cloud technical tools: VBCS, Redwood Pages Design, HDL, HSDL, BIP, OTBI, Fast Formulas, Fusion AI Agent Studio, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for designing and supporting complex integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, connectors, Process automation, etc.).
• Should have experience in Oracle Fusion and HR products
• Candidate should have good experience in implementing Role-Based Security (RBAC) in Fusion HCM.
• Candidate should be able to act as a product SME for Oracle HCM Cloud Security, managing role-based access controls, ensuring that only authorized personnel have access to sensitive HR data
• Excellent oral/written communication skills
• Candidate should have experience in coordinating with development teams, functional teams, business leads, information security & risk management teams on Fusion HCM security
• Must be a self starter and be able to lead other associates.
• Work under minimal supervision on enterprise wide projects requiring creative solutions.

• At least 2-3 Oracle Fusion HCM implementations or Support exposure with module-leading hands on experience in any of the two modules
• Should have experience in implementing and supporting India or global customer
• Strong functional troubleshooting skills in Oracle Cloud HCM modules such as Core HR, Recruiting, Learn
• Should set up Business Group, Organizations, Departments, Divisions, Operating Units, etc.
• Should create Key Flex Fields, Descriptive Flex Fields, SIT and EIT for employees of the organization.
• Should configure Goal plan, Performance Templates, Rating Models.
• Should design payslip and develop various statements, and reports pertaining to Payroll processes.
• Should be able to write Fast Formula needed and work on Approval Management Engine.
• HCM Cloud Technical Consultants with strong hands-on experience on data migration skills
• Worked on end to end implementation in Global HR, Recruiting, Learn, Talent management, Compensation and Benefit modules, creating value sets and using them in flex fields like Descriptive / Extensible.
• Ability to work on various assignments simultaneously
• Good to have adequate knowledge in writing SQL/PLSQL queries to develop the reports
• Understanding and experience of integrating Oracle HCM with other systems and vice versa
• Have a good hands- on experience on fast formulas
• Should have experience on Performance management, Succession plans & Talent pools, Career development, Talent management, Goals, Questionaries
