Job summary

InfoBeans is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Functional Consultant focused on Absence Management and India Payroll. You will lead the full implementation lifecycle, design solutions, and drive workshops while ensuring compliance with Indian payroll requirements.

You will configure Core HR, Absence Management, and India Global Payroll, coordinate testing, and collaborate with technical teams on data migrations and interfaces.

Qualifications

• 7–18 years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM.
• Must have 2 lifecycle implementations of Absence Management and India Payroll.
• Deep knowledge of Indian statutory payroll compliance and core HR structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PeopleSoft HCM implementation lifecycle from discovery to post-go-live.
• Configure Core HR, Absence Management, and Global Payroll for India.
• Ensure statutory compliance across Indian payroll processes.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and document functional design and test scenarios.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, interfaces, and data migrations.
• Execute testing phases including unit testing, SIT, UAT, parallel payroll runs, and defect resolution.

Job Description

Looking for experienced PeopleSoft HCM Functional Consultant to lead the full implementation lifecycle with a focus on Absence Management and India Payroll. The ideal candidate will be responsible for solution design, configuration, stakeholder workshops, testing, and post-go-live support while ensuring strict compliance with Indian statutory payroll requirements.

What will your role look like

• Lead the complete PeopleSoft HCM implementation lifecycle from discovery to post-go-live support.
• Configure and support PeopleSoft Core HR, Absence Management, and Global Payroll for India.
• Ensure statutory compliance across Indian payroll processes including TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, LWF, gratuity, and statutory reporting.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops, execute fit-gap analysis, and author functional design documentation and test scenarios.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, interfaces, and data migrations.
• Execute testing phases, including unit testing, SIT, UAT, parallel payroll runs, and defect resolution.
