Job summary

Omm Enterprises is seeking a candidate to maintain customer CRM and Excel records, clearly explain products/services, and handle client queries. You will coordinate with the sales team for order processing and timely follow-ups.

Ideal candidates are graduates or those with 10+2, with good Odia/Hindi skills and basic computer knowledge. Telecalling or sales experience is a plus, and training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate/undergraduate/10+2 pass.
• Good communication skills in Odia, Hindi and local Balangir language.
• English will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Internet and WhatsApp.
• Experience in telecalling/sales preferred.
